I have a question.
I recognize that this part falls under the category of “Grade 2” in AEC. In AEC-Q100, the HTSL test condition for Grade2 products must be either ① “Ta=125°C for 1000hrs” or ② “Ta=150°C for 500hrs”. Which of the above conditions is HTSL testing performed on this product?
