What are detail condition of "Free Convection Airflow" and "No Airflow"?

LM25149-Q1 EVM User's Guide states "Free Convection Airflow" at Thermal Performance. While, LM5149-Q EVM's one states "No Airflow".

What are difference between them?

Hi Shota, Both are taken free convection. Essentially the boards are sitting on an open bench with no fan, only the heat from the board can rise away in a natural convection process. Hope this helps, -Orlando
