Can I confirm whether UCC27282-Q1 has Wettable Flank in VSON package (UCC27282QDRCRQ1)?

Hello Wei,

I do not believe the UCC27282DRC meets the automotive requirements for wettable flanks. The UCC27282 is available in the D package as well.

Hi Richard,

UCC27282QDRCRQ1 is Automotive Grade.

Can you check again whether there is wettable flanks for its package?

Hello Foong,

I recall early in the UCC27282 project that the DRC package did not support the wettable flanks requirement.

I would have to reach out to other team members to confirm. This may take some time since I have to confirm the correct contacts. Please allow 2-3 days for me to confirm.

I looked into the package details of the UCC27282 DRC and it does not have the wettable flanks.
