Hi,

Does TI have below E-fuse protection IC with AEC-Q100? I found some prodcut can meet below spec but seems no one have AEC-Q100.

Hi Jeff,

No eFuse but you can check ideal diode. Other option is to parallel TPS25940Q1.

Hi Jeff,

Paralleling is possible. During steady state balancing will not be a problem. Just during startup current mismatch can be high.
