Our customers now use Toshiba TLP352 and TLP352F. They want to find TI's isolated gate drivers with the maximum creepage.
Could you please help make the comparison table of TI’s isolated gate driver and TLP352/352F? (Especially on the creepage).
Hi Xinran,
For opto-compatible inputs the UCC23513 would be our best device to position to compete against TLP352 and TLP352F. UC23513 has >8.5mm creepage being the device in our product line with the greatest creepage. Most of out other device in single channel, dual channel, and protection drivers have 8mm creepage.
I have sent you an friend request with my email. Please send me an email to share the comparison table between the devices.
Best regards,
Andy Robles
