TPSM53602: switching frequency in PFM mode ?

While I referred datasheetTPSM53602RDAR, as the switching frequency is dependent on the input voltage, output voltage and the load current.

Most probably we might be at 1.4Mhz switching freq in PWM mode for the cases only if we hit the min load current per figure 7-14, 7-15.

what might be the switching frequency, where the load currents are lower, which means the part would be in PFM mode

    We may be able to use Webench to simulate the switching frequency the device has at your customer's operating condition. Could you list your customer's operating conditions

    (VIN/VOUT/IOUT/TEMP/etc.)?

    You can check the switching frequency on Webench for any operating condition.

    Just enter the input operating conditions here:

    Adjust there current on the simulator here:

    And the switching frequency shows up here.

    You can't really control when the device goes into PFM mode as the device will automatically shift to it when there's a light load condition.
