TPS53667: Output fault status register related question

Hello team,

In case of happening a something output fault on the one of the 6 phase outputs, is there any way to know which phase trigered the fault?

(For example, is there a register/bit to know it when the bit-0 in 0x80 frags high?)

Hi Shinya,

The STATUS_MFR_SPECIFIC bits [5:3] can be used to detect which phase is not sharing current properly. So if a fault occurs that caused a current sharing imbalance - this can be used to find out which phase caused that fault.

See section 7.3.19 of the TPS53667 Datasheet for more information.
