TPS63807: Output Issue

Hello Expert,

In test condition of Vin = 2.5V, Vout = 3.3V, Vout fail issue occurred.

We are using resistor in front of VIN pin.

When we checked voltage before VIN pin, voltage is 2.27V.

This voltage is within spec. 1.3V to 5.5V.

I don't no why this happened.

When Vin = 3.5V, Vout = 3.3V, there is no issue.

Could you please check and give me guide and your comment to solve it?

    Hi  Michael,

    UVLO_off triggered in your application.

    Altough the RMS voltage of Vin pin is higher than 2.27V, but you can find the valley of this voltage is smaller than 1.3V, Then UVLO_off triggered and device turns off.

    Please make sure the voltage at pin Vin always higher than 1.3V.
