Hi ,

What is the safe operating area for TPS54540B and LMR14050?. Are these IC able to give 25W output power @80 degC?

Thermals are dependent on the PCB. We recommend using our webench tool for designs : https://webench.ti.com/power-designer/switching-regulator. Please be sure to input 80°C for ambient temperature.

Input is 32V DC.

I tried to use webench . But i am not able to get the graph like Iout Vs Ambient temperature graph with respect to Vin.

Please click Charts>View More Charts>Select IC Tj

Here is an example For TPS54540B at 32Vin and 25W output at 80°C
