UCD90160A: Noisy input rails - debug advice

Part Number: UCD90160A

My UCD90160A design seems to be measuring all rails like they are very choppy, going up and down like 5-10%.

I don’t have a ferrite filter for the analog rail, and the common digital rail has some 11mV switching noise on it.

Is there any way to tone the noise seen by the ADC down? Like sample rate change, or averaging?
