Is there safe operating area curve data available for this device? If so, would you be able to provide it or is there more contextual information needed for that data?

    Due to the complexity of the dual outputs, we did not produce a simple SOA curve.  Rather, use the Thermal Loss table (Section 6.4) to estimate the maximum allowable power dissipation at your application and the power loss curves (Figure 6-5 through 6-8) to determine the allowable combination of loading currents on the two outputs.
