TPS628502-Q1: Why we add 100kohms at mode Pin?

I notice that our AWRL1432 EVM's TPS628502-Q1 have added 100kohms at mode Pin. but I can't understand why need to add this resistor. would you please explain it to me?

Hello Jimmy,

Looks like, it is a current limiting resistor, to limit the current flow into the MODE pin.
