TLC6C5712-Q1: Circuit design

Part Number: TLC6C5712-Q1

Hi team,

I'm working on a schematic circuit design with the TLC6C5712-Q1 and LW T6SH.CB-CZEY-FK0PM0-Z664-50-R18-Z leds (If=50mA @ Vf=2,9V). If I power up the leds with a 5V source, can I connect the leds directly to the output? Because the output voltage will be 0,75V. If I didn't connect any resistor the circuit would be work in a security operating condition?

In another hand, If I want to connect the same leds but with a greather current (for example: 70mA).. should I do the same connection? Without any resistor? My idea is to change the brightness changing the current with the Dot Correction feature.
