Can LM5050-2 drive three MOSFET directly? The MOS Qg=38nc, Rds(on)-3.5mohm

    Hi Dillen,

    Yes, LM5050-2 can drive multiple FETs in parallel, except that turn on time is slow due to constant gate source current strength and increase gate capacitance. Slow turn ON means, that the body diode of the MOSFET will carry the inrush current and the startup current until the MOSFET is turned ON.
