BQ24161: Query on I2C signals connection

Hi,

We are planning to use BQ2416x and STM32MP131A MPU in our application. In the datasheet of BQ2416x, it is mentioned that SCL and SDA lines operates at 1.8V but MPU will support 3.3V only. So, can we connect SCL and SDA lines of BQ2416x to 3.3V pull up?

Note: Absolute Maximum voltage range for SCL and SDA pins of BQ2416x is 7V
