    Lijia,

    Since the PWM is only one component required to design a switching converter, TI does not provide EMC reports for stand alone PWM controllers. Components such as UCC12051-Q1 are integrated isolated bias (IIB) converter modules that include primary and secondary side PWM control and integrated transformer. IIB modules can be considered as fully developed switching power converters in an IC level package. An example of the EMC report for UCC12051-Q1 is found here.
