Are the BIST's run automatically on power up? I am referring to the BIST's in the CONTROL1 and CONTROL2 registers.
In particular, we are interested in these BIST's:
CFG_CRC_CHK_PRI
PWM_COMP_CHK
STP_CHK
CLK_MON_CHK_PRI
GATE_OFF_CHK
GATE_ON_CHK
DESAT_CHK
CLK_MON_CHK_SEC
CFG_CRC_CHK_SEC
Do we need to manually run these BIST's for latent fault checks?
