    Hi Kevin,

    Please refer the comments below:

    1. Please make sure the MCU of the pre-stage has pull-up capability, otherwise please pull up the SDA and SCL pins externally. You can refer the schematic of LP5024EVM.

    2. Although I am not sure the spec of the RGB LED and MS-PTV1608NWAF-B01, I think it could light up all LEDs to use the same +5V power for them. But it could increase the chip power due to the different forward voltage for different LED.
