Our application conditions: 25V input,12V output,3A max load;

our circuit:

2A CC load:

output ripple and switching waveform as below:

0.5A~2.5A dynamic load:3A/us; 50% duty;100Hz

0.5A~2.5A dynamic load:3A/us; 50% duty;1KHz

How can I analysis this problem? Thanks!

Hello Yx,

I would suggest the use of WEBENCH to help meet your design requirements. Your Cout and inductor appear too low for your application. Use the WEBENCH recommended component values to see if there is improvement.
