Dear TI experts,

My customer tests BQ24032A with their own product. and found a problem.

Could you review the schematic first?

Actually they have 2 input sources to AC pin - DC 5V/2A adapter and wireless RX charging module(BQ51020)

DC adapter has no problem.

but sometimes AC voltage is dropped to 4.2V when using BQ51020, especially AC voltage is still exists even charging is done.

we suspect that battery voltage is detected on AC in for some reason. please check that it is a possible situation.

    Hi Chase,

    Are both the DC adapter and the RX charging module both being used to power the charger at the AC pin? Can you provide the BQ51020 portion of the schematic as well? When you see the 4.2 V on the AC pin, are you able to measure the following:

    - VOUT

    - VBAT

    -  IBAT
