Thank you for your interest in TI MOSFETs, the CSD18543Q3A is not Q101 automotive certified and no plan to make it automotive certified.

This also applies to the CSD18534Q5A, it is not Q101 automotive certified

I am sorry but TI does not offer automotive discrete MOSFETs, I would suggest you try other vendor who do offer automotive MOSFETs
