We have just received the instrument TX7332EVM and are planning to run some tests. 
Could you please help me with some questions?
Do you know the maximum current and voltage driving capability of the device?
Is the device limited by power dissipation or the current? If I want to test 32 devices each with 100pF at 2MHz, with 60V amplitude voltage for each one. Are we able to drive it if we have a very small duty cycle? Or the hardware is limited to 1.2A cap?
Does 1.2 A correspond to some voltage value? Or we can operate within all the ranges of the maximum voltage value(100V)  while still output a maximum 1.2A?

    TX7332 is designed for +/-100V supply rating and can deliver maximum of 1.2A current. The output stage of the device generating +/-100V pulses is implemented using high voltage transistor rated for 200V range. So when this transistor is in saturation for Vds >20V, it delivers 1.2A current and transistor goes to linear when Vds across transistor goes below ~20V and transistor will start acting like resistor with Ron of ~30 ohms. For load of 100pF, transistor remain in saturation for very short duration so yes you can excite all the 32 channels together to drive 100pF load. Note that you wont see 1.2A x 32 current on the power supply. Since this current flows for very short duration, you will see very small current in range of <100mA based on your duty cycle on HV power supplies.
