LM5067: LM5067

Part Number: LM5067

Hi team,

I would like to ask you some questions or if you have detailed design manuals for this type of chip so that I can better understand the functions inside this chip.

1、What does the 1M resistor between the sense pin and out pin do?

2、For each chip pin, do we have a clamping diode, what is the clamping voltage?

3、Is the internal 2.5V reference level generated by the internal reference?

Thanks

  • Hi Eric,

    1) This 1 MΩ resistance is for the compensation purpose of VDS amplifier.

    2) All the pins are not having clamping diodes. The pins which have clamping diodes, are shown in the functional block diagram. The clamping voltages are presented in electrical characteristics table in the datasheet.

    3) It's generated by an LDO, internal to the device.
