 My customer wants to know if they want to increase the switching frequency to about 1MHz, is it feasible? In addition, does the MOSFET built into the chip have some parameters that can be used for loss calculation?

    Hi Molly,

    Thank you for using E2E forums, yes it should be possible to increase the Fsw to 1MHz as long as you take care of the loop compensation calculation and other calculations where the frequency matters.

    As for the MOSFET parameters, the RDS(on) is given in the datasheet which could be used to calculate the loss.
