TLV704: Reverse Current Behavior

Part Number: TLV704

Hello,

We are using the TLV70433 in a battery design.  We anticipate worst case reverse current to the LDO to be at most 200uA. Would there be any issue of the regulation voltage being pumped-up beyond the LDO spec of +/- 2%? It seems like the reverse current should be limited to 5% of the output so 7.5mA which we are considerably under. Is that also the limit where the LDO voltage won’t go about 2% or 3.36 V?

Thank you, Keith
