Hi Team

we are using the UCC21551 & UCC21530 both the drivers in our project.  Kindly provide the allowable power dissipation of the above mentioned both IC at ambient of 105 degree and at switching frequency of 400Khz.

Gate capacitance : 2.8 nF

Vcc =18 V

    Hi Manikandan,

    The Safety thermal derating graphs are shown in the datasheets. I have copied them below.

    For both devices, the allowable power dissipation at 105C is about 375mW. (25*15mA, from red line).
