I don't have the 3D files, and the IC's package is made by the package team. I don't have permission to change it. Customers can draw PCBs with the package files we provide, why do they still need 3D files? thanks!

Customer thinks that most sockets from TI are able to supporting 3D file, why team is not able to support that?
