    Hi Unnimaya,

    To provide an unencrypted spice model, a request needs to be made from the TI representitive who supports the company so they can provide a verbal confirmaiton of NDA status.

    In the case you do not have a TI representitive that supports your company, or you do not have a NDA status, then you will need to utilize the encrypted model present on the product folder of this device and use it with TI SPICE.

    Please note, in general, even our unencrypted models dont always work with other simulators besides TI SPICE, or Cadence SPICE.

    Hi Unimaya,

    Sounds good.

    I am not familiar with the process myself.

    Typically, the customer has a standing relationship with TI and a dedicated sales team which support them. The NDA is initiated through the sales team.
