TPS74701: Need Guidance for accepting the cosmetic marks in the solder pad area . - TPS74701

I am not familiar with these marking. I have contacted our product engineers for their input. 

Have you tried soldering these parts and turning them on?

Solder test not yet done on the parts ? Just want to these type of minor defects are acceptable ? 

If solder test get passed , can we accept the parts ? 

Rest of the things are ok and parts are good.

I would think that if the parts solder and turn on correctly, they should be ok. However, I cannot say this with certainty and would want to make sure that product engineers have had a chance to look it over. 

The engineers I sent your images to have not seen something like this, so we decided to escalate it to see if we can get a more concise answer.

Our product engineers believe we should ask the Packaging team for this input, because we may need to send your parts to the failure analysis team. I will reach out to the packaging team and get back to you with an update.

Just we need to understand these cosmetic marks will not affect the functionality of the component .
