Hi team,

My customer is asking the function temperature. Since this device can't test the loss power that I think we can't calculate function temperature Tj. Would you please provide the report of function temperature (Tj) to me that I can share to customer? if we don't have kind of document. please give me some idea to calculate it. thanks~!

Hi Jimmy,

Our devices operate at such low power and have such low power losses that the operating junction temperature, Tj ≈ Ta.

End-customer is asking how do we test the Vth of TPS3824-Q1? Are there any testing standards? Could we provide Vth verification report?

We typically perform two sets of tests:
1. During trimming we sweep the voltage values and record exactly where each device reset triggers.
2. During final test (post assembly) the devices are once again swept to record exactly where each device reset triggers.
