Hello, I want to calculate the switching losses for the internal MOSFET.  I could not find the turn on, turn off time & gate charge for the FETs in the datasheet. Please can you help to share these.

    Hello KmB,

    I am sorry, but this is TI internal data that we are not sharing. You can roughly estimate the losses by taking 1/3 or the loss out of the efficiency graph in the datasheet.
