Typically we won't give Tf and Tr design numbers in datasheet. But I can do bench test to provide you a reference value.

What application conditions (Vin/Vout/Iout/fsw) you are interested in? I will test then feedback you waveforms.

Please tell me the input current and the cross waveforms of the rising and falling edge of the FET.
I would like to use it for loss calculation.
