Please see Sections 6.7 and 6.8 on page 6 of the data sheet for this information. Please note that VCE(sat) is analogous to VOL.

Hi Balabhaskar,

Due to the nature of BJT/Darlington devices, Vil depends heavily on your application characteristics.

What load current do you consider "off"?
