    It looks great overall. I would suggest beefing up the inductor a little to accommodate transients and decrease ripple current.

    I would also recommend using output capacitors with a higher voltage rating such that they do not de-rate as much during a load transient event. 10 Volt rating is ok, 16 Volt rating is better. Equation 15 in the data sheet for LMR14050 will help you ensure your soft start time is adequate,

    where Iss= 3uA and Vref = 0.75V
