Hello Yuya,

Suggest you to use TPS54335A TINA or PSPICE model that published on ti.com.

Hello Yuya,

Webench tool is not maintained by our product line. I'm afraid it cannot be fixed in short time. Strongly suggest you to use TPS54335A TINA model and change external circuit by yourself, that would be much quicker for your analysis. Sorry for bringing you inconvenience.
