Hello

I'm using BQ24123 charger on 2Cell battery (8.4V)

while battery is in cutoff - it start the charging.

here is my circuit

    Hi Uri,

    I see no obvious errors in the schematic.  When you say "battery is cutoff", do you me that the battery protector has tripped because the battery is discharged? What do the STATx lines report?

    I run the test:

    Battery connected

    No input power:    Vbat = 0V    Ibat = 0A    State1 = 0   State2 = 0 

    input connected:   Vbat =6.3V  Ibat = 0A    State1 = 0   State2 = 0 

    So i understated that there is Error state and no charging? correct?

    Hi Uri,

    If the battery is connected but no voltage at BAT pin, then the battery protector pack protector has tripped due to overvoltage, overcurrent, or undervoltage. What is the input voltage applied? Is /PG low?  Is Vref=3.3V? When you say Statex=0, I assume you mean both are low=gnd?  It so that isn't a valid state combo.  What is the voltage on TS pin?
