UCC21750-Q1: DO we have lift time test based on UCC21750-Q1?

Hi team,

Do we have life time testing data of UCC21750-Q1? You can email to me if it is internally only. We have NDA with my customer. Are we showing TDDB curve on this feature?

    Hi Zoe,

    You can find the reliability information we share with our customer by getting the qualification summary within the Quality & Reliability tab on TI.com as shown below.

    Here you can search the part number and the system will output a table with all the reliability tests done(including the standard used).

    Additionally, the datasheet Figure 6-3 shows the reinforced isolation capacitor life time projection which has a TDDB curve.

    If this does not answer the question provide an example of the type of information the customer is looking for.
