BQ25606: Schematic check

Hi TI Teams,

One of our customer reported that they have a big percentage of defects when they using the BQ25606. They tested the defective products and found that the SW pin is shorted to GND. They also added one 12V TVS tube at the input.

The schematic is as below:

Can you help to check the schematic and find out the cause of this problem?

Hello,

Can you please send a schematic where it is explicitly clear which nodes are joined and which are jumps rather than intersecting nodes? It is not clear what is connected here.

Hello,

I see nothing glaring in the schematic. However, again the node connections are very subtle and hard to distinguish which nodes are connecting. Please enlarge the node intersection designators. We recommend 20 uF on SYS.

Can you please describe the problem more? Are they able to charge? Does the converter switch? What behavior was implemented that led to this observation as opposed to parts that do not have this symptom?
