Here are two examples of CE/EU Declarations of Conformity:

#1 - SKU DSLVDS1001-1002EVM See T.I CE/EU Declaration of Conformity weblink HERE 

#2 - SKU UCC27614EVM See T.I CE/EU Declaration of Conformity web link HERE

These are mandatory self-declarations the manufacturer must draw when they apply CE to their products.

It must list and confirm compliance with all the CE Directives applying to the product concerned by the declaration. In the example provided the only CE directive was ROHS, there may be EMC Directive 2014/30/EU or RED 2014/53/EU in some other cases.

Hi Chris,

This document is supposed to be added to all EVMs as part of the standard release process. The document is received once you run the BOM of the EVM through an RoHS compliance tool. I don't know why this step was not completed and the document was not added for this EVM. I will try to find this document, or generate one with the hardware BOM tool.

I have contacted the EVM owners and am trying to compare the BOM with Digikey and Greensoft to ensure RoHS compliance and get the EU certification.

I used the HW BOM file tool to compare the BOM with Digikey and Greensoft, and all of the components are REACH compliant. I then submit a request to PRSC team to ask them to create the EU Declaration of Conformity based off of this BOM compliance data. They said it will take 1-2 weeks. I will then upload the DoC to our literature database.

When you write "and all of the components are REACH compliant", I imagine you meant to say "and all of the components are ROHS compliant"...
