LM385-1.2-N: What does the X in the model number indicate

Part Number: LM385-1.2-N

To whom it may concern,

Please let us know what is the difference between the following products.

・LM385BZ-1.2/NOPB

・LM385BXZ-1.2/NOPB

What does the X in the model number indicate?

We initially thought that X indicated the package quantity, but the two products both had the same package quantity of 1800.

We are considering using the LM385BZ-1.2/NOPB, but we would like to know if LM385BXZ-1.2/NOPB can also be used.

We would like to receive an answer as soon as possible.

    Hello Yuki,

    Using part number LM385BXMX-1.2/NOPB as an example, the first X after the B indicates the temperature coefficient grade.

    The last X after the M indicates the package quantity.

    LM385BZ-1.2/NOPB has a tempco of 150 ppm max and LM385BXZ-1.2/NOPB has a tempco of 30 ppm max. All other specs are the same.
