Hi Frazer,

If you mean by RAM registers, this would be infinite.

SRAM which is used for PFSM operations situation is same as for registers. It is logic ports and can be considered as not wearing out.

NVM, EEPROM, specification is 1000 writes at 150c temperature.

Hi Jari,

Is there a specification for writes at room temperature or some data showing impact across the temperature range? I don’t expect there to be 1,000 writes at 150C and curious how much temperature impacts this limit.

Hi Frazer,

Confirmed from design and this is minimum 20000 programming cycles between -40 - +85c.
