TL1431-SP: Tolerance of reference input votlage

Part Number: TL1431-SP

Hi

For the reference input voltage there is a minimum value of 2.46V and a maximum value of 2.55V stated in the datasheet. On the first page is a initial tolerance of 0.4% stated which is less than the previously stated value. Can you elaborate what is considered for the min and max value that they deviate that much from the initial tolerance of 0.4%?

Thanks in advance for your response!

Kind regards

Lukas

  • Hi Lukas,

The 0.4% figure stated on the front page of the datasheet does not account for group C lifetime / burn-in or group E radiation lot acceptance tests performed on the device.

However, the values given in the electrical characteristics table of the datasheet are limits that do account for the effects of burn-in and radiation lot acceptance tests.

More information on TI's QML process flow can be found in SBOA143C and SBOA141A.

    Thank You,
