Hello ,

I also have one doubt regarding input capacitance that you have selected 100uF. How you calculated the value for input capacitance ???

    100uF was likely chosen in the original post you attached as a general "rule of thumb" or best guess.

    To optimize the input capacitor size for hot plugging conditions, you'd have to get a pretty accurate idea of what the inductance on the line is, such that the capacitor value could then be chosen to counteract that. There isn't a specific calculation that is typically used to determine input capacitance value for hot plugging, generally the value is chosen to be sufficiently large to counteract inductance, so 100uF is generally used.
