Hi,
My circuit around TPSI3050 is as below, when MCU makes PA1 high (3.2V, measured), I measured PIN8 (VDRV) of TPSI3050 to be 0V w.r.t PIN5 (VSSS) to be 0V, and the bidirectional switch is not conduct.
3P3V comes from a buck converter (supply the system) with its output capacitance as 2x22uF, larger than TPSI3050 spec. for cap btw VDDP and VSSP, would this be an issue? Actually I halved the capacitance to nominal 22uF, still VDRV is low when EN is high?
Can you help review my circuit to see if anything suspcious?
