LM61495-Q1: Need efficiency results for 600khz, 800khz and 1Mhz.

Hope you are doing good.

We have designed 3.3V VR using LM61495-Q1.

Vin=12V,Vout=3.3V,Iout=5A.

 

Could you please share us the  efficiency results for 600khz, 800khz and 1Mhz.

    Hello,

    I would suggest using the online WEBENCH Designer tool to get simulated results of your intended application.

    This simulation tool was designed based on data gather from the EVM and correlation so it should be a good way to evaluate different switching frequency options.

    You can simply search up this device in the WEBENCH Designer portal and adjust the parameters to meet your intended simulation needs.
