looked for FIT value and found it in MTBF/FIT estimator.
But if I try to reproduce the result (4.7 FIT @ 55°C) I get the value 2.3 FIT (see screenshot of EXCEL-calculation; I must calculate the FIT value for other temperatures too).
Do I make anything wrong? Or is there a typo in the sample size?
