I would like to know about Ball material of TPS259480LYWPR (DSBGA).

If the lead isn’t plated, please tell me the lead material.

If the lead is plated, please tell me the plating material.

(For example, SNAGCU etc.)

Our customer needs this material information for their parts certification.

I found “Call TI” in the datasheet

Therefore, I post E2E.

Hi Aki,

Apologies for the late response, the lead ball material is SnAg and the shape of ball would be rounded rectangular.

Hi Aki,

There is no separate plating on it. Solder balls are directly made from SnAg material.
