Hi Frank,

For this device, the SHDN voltage can't be higher than the operation max. That is, SHDN can't be higher than Vin.

As I verified, when SHDN is higher than Vin, there will be unexpected behaviors, such as Vout is higher or even lower than the set target voltage under different working conditions.
