TPSI3050: EN leakage current

Hello,

please specify the maximum leakage current of the EN input in three-wire mode when supplied with 3.3 V considering the temperature range -40..125 °C.

    Hi Alexander,

    Thanks for reaching out! We do not specify/characterize this in our datasheet, but we can clarify that the input resistance to the EN pin is roughly 1Mohm (pulldown resistor inside the device). This would lead to about a leakage of 3.3uA as a typical value with a 3.3V input to the EN pin. Unfortunately, we are unable to bound this over temperature as this is not a specification that we have available in our datasheet.
