Hi Team,

SS need to get the material CTE value to support T- project.

Please let me know the CTE,Tg, Elastic modulus of TPS62903QRYTRQ1.

1) Elastic modulus  : Young's modulus)

 2) CTE  : Coefficient of Thermal Expansion, α 

 3) Tg ( : glass-transition temperature, Tg)

 4) Poisson's ratio  (-40~260)
